Anti-inflammatory Apple Marshmallows
  1. Chop up 600g of apples with the skin

  2. Add 100ml of water, cover and simmer on low for about 15 minutes until completely soft

  3. Blend the stewed apples until smooth

  4. Transfer to a bowl and add vanilla powder and honey if desired

  5. Add 40g of gelatine and whisk on medium high for 20 minutes

  6. Pour into a lined tray and refrigerate for 2 hours

  7. Cut with a knife into desirable size and serve
