For the shrimp
Prepare the shrimp by seasoning with spicy sesame oil, soy sauce, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika/chili powder, and salt to taste.
For the sushi rice
Cook the sushi/short grain rice in 1 ¼ cup of water.
Once cooked, mix in the rice vinegar, sugar, and salt.
For the spicy mayo
Combine the Kewpie Mayo and Sirracha.
