Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Once boiling, add the pasta and cook according to package directions to al dente.
In a small bowl, combine garlic, red wine vinegar, olive oil, ¼ teaspoon salt & fresh cracked black pepper. Whisk together until incorporated.
Add tomato, mozzarella, red onion & cooked pasta to a large platter. Toss it mix together to combine. Drizzle with dressing and toss again. Sprinkle the basil on top.
Top with balsamic glaze.
