Preheat oven to 425°F.
Drizzle olive oil and uncooked orzo to a baking dish.
Season with black pepper and garlic powder.
Add tomatoes and place the Boursin in the center.
Pour in chicken broth and a generous splash of heavy cream.
Add sausage directly to the dish.
Cover loosely and bake for 55 minutes, stirring halfway through.
If too watery add extra time, serve & enjoy!
