Cookie Dough Overnight Oats
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ½ cup rolled oats, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, and 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips.

  2. Add ½ cup milk, ¼ cup Greek yogurt (if using), 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 1 tablespoon almond butter or peanut butter to the dry ingredients.

  3. Stir everything together until well combined. Ensure that the oats and chia seeds are fully submerged in the liquid.

  4. Transfer the mixture to a mason jar or airtight container.

  5. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours, to allow the oats and chia seeds to absorb the liquid and soften.

  6. In the morning, give the oats a good stir. Add a splash of milk if the mixture is too thick for your liking. Enjoy straight from the jar or transfer to a bowl.
