Caramelized Lemon Miso Garlic Pasta (aglio E Olio)
  1. Boil pasta in salted water until al dente

  2. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water and drain the pasta

  3. In a cold pan, add olive oil, garlic, lemon, and chili flakes

  4. Cook on low heat until caramelized and fragrant, about 5 minutes

  5. Remove lemon slices from the pan

  6. Add miso paste and ½ cup pasta water to the pan and stir

  7. Add cooked pasta to the pan and mix well

  8. Add more pasta water as needed to reach desired consistency

  9. Top with lemon slices and Parmesan cheese

  10. Serve and enjoy
