Boil pasta in salted water until al dente
Reserve 1 cup of pasta water and drain the pasta
In a cold pan, add olive oil, garlic, lemon, and chili flakes
Cook on low heat until caramelized and fragrant, about 5 minutes
Remove lemon slices from the pan
Add miso paste and ½ cup pasta water to the pan and stir
Add cooked pasta to the pan and mix well
Add more pasta water as needed to reach desired consistency
Top with lemon slices and Parmesan cheese
Serve and enjoy
