Shred two cups of rotisserie chicken and add to a bowl.
Add cream of chicken soup, sour cream, ½ cup cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix to combine.
Pour chicken mixture into a sprayed casserole dish.
Make biscuit dough according to directions on box: add water, remaining cheese, and mix together.
Spoon out dough over chicken.
Bake on 350 for 30 minutes or until slightly browned on top.
Prepare garlic butter by melting ¼ cup of butter and then stirring in the garlic seasoning packet from biscuit box. Brush over top of biscuit topping. Add sliced green onion over butter
