Ingredients
In a large bowl, mash tofu, add salt and flour, and mix until a shaggy dough forms.
Knead for 5 minutes.
Cover and let rest for 20 minutes.
Heat a cast iron or nonstick pan over medium-high heat.
Divide dough into 6-8 pieces,
Roll each into a thin circle,
Cook for 1-2 minutes per side until puffed and golden.
Paint with butter and herb mix
