    Steps

  1. In a large bowl, mash tofu, add salt and flour, and mix until a shaggy dough forms.

  2. Knead for 5 minutes.

  3. Cover and let rest for 20 minutes.

  4. Heat a cast iron or nonstick pan over medium-high heat.

  5. Divide dough into 6-8 pieces,

  6. Roll each into a thin circle,

  7. Cook for 1-2 minutes per side until puffed and golden.

  8. Paint with butter and herb mix
