Eggless Chocolate Cupcakes
  1. Mix yogurt and baking soda together

  2. Add oil and sugar to the mixture

  3. Combine flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder

  4. Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients

  5. Pour batter into cupcake liners

  6. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes or until a skewer inserted comes out clean

  7. Prepare chocolate ganache by melting 100 gm chopped chocolate with 25 gm fresh cream until smooth and glossy

  8. Cool down the ganache

  9. Add the cooled ganache to 200 gm whipped cream and combine

  10. Top baked cupcakes with chocolate whipped cream or ganache and enjoy
