  1. Preheat oven to 425

  2. Add seasonings to broth if desired (salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika etc) and boil florets in seasoned veg broth until they’re a bit soft

  3. Remove florets and reserve liquid for wetting rice paper

  4. Wrap florets in wetted rice paper and place on baking sheet

  5. Bake for 20-30 minutes flipping halfway

  6. They will become less crispy with sauce so you may want to cook until extra crispy, I like to dip them to avoid losing too much crisp! Would like to try air frying these
