Preheat oven to 425
Add seasonings to broth if desired (salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika etc) and boil florets in seasoned veg broth until they’re a bit soft
Remove florets and reserve liquid for wetting rice paper
Wrap florets in wetted rice paper and place on baking sheet
Bake for 20-30 minutes flipping halfway
They will become less crispy with sauce so you may want to cook until extra crispy, I like to dip them to avoid losing too much crisp! Would like to try air frying these
