High Protein Peanut Butter Cups
  1. Mix peanut butter powder, applesauce, and protein powder until thick

  2. Roll mixture into 12 balls

  3. Melt chocolate gently in the microwave

  4. Add 1 tsp chocolate to each muffin liner

  5. Place a PB ball on top and flatten gently

  6. Cover with 2 tsp chocolate

  7. Tap tray to level

  8. Sprinkle salt if desired

  9. Freeze until set
