Creamy Potato And Spinach Bake
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)

  2. Sauté onion and garlic in butter until soft

  3. Add spinach and cook until wilted; set aside

  4. In a bowl, mix heavy cream, nutmeg, salt, pepper, Parmesan

  5. Layer potatoes in a baking dish → spoon spinach mixture → sprinkle mozzarella

  6. Repeat layers until ingredients are used

  7. Pour the cream mixture evenly over the dish

  8. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan

  9. Bake 40–50 minutes until potatoes are tender and top is golden bubbly

  10. Rest 10 minutes before serving for the perfect creamy texture
