Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
Sauté onion and garlic in butter until soft
Add spinach and cook until wilted; set aside
In a bowl, mix heavy cream, nutmeg, salt, pepper, Parmesan
Layer potatoes in a baking dish → spoon spinach mixture → sprinkle mozzarella
Repeat layers until ingredients are used
Pour the cream mixture evenly over the dish
Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan
Bake 40–50 minutes until potatoes are tender and top is golden bubbly
Rest 10 minutes before serving for the perfect creamy texture
