Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees on the air fry setting.
Wash and dry potatoes, then use a fork to poke holes on both sides. I poke them at least 3 times on each side.
Brush the potatoes with olive oil, then sprinkle with the seasoning.
Air fry for approximately 40 minutes, flipping once while cooking.
They are done when you can easily pierce them with a fork.
Top with whatever toppings you like!
