In a small bowl, combine chopped jalapeños, honey, tequila, and lime juice.
Season steaks with salt and pepper, then place them in a shallow dish.
Pour the jalapeño honey tequila mixture over the steaks, making sure they are well coated.
Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
In another small bowl, mix together softened butter and juice from one lime.
Grill steaks for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
While steaks are grilling, place lime halves on the grill, cut side down, and cook for about 2-3 minutes.
Remove steaks from grill and let rest for a few minutes.
Serve steaks with a dollop of grilled lime butter on top and a grilled lime half on the side. Enjoy!
