Cranberry Brie Cottage Cheese Flatbread
  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Place flatbread on a small pan.

  2. Spread a thin layer of cranberry sauce over the cottage cheese. Then scatter whole cranberries (fresh or frozen, tossed in a little sweetener) on top before baking.

  3. Scatter Brie and mozzarella. Add pecans and rosemary.

  4. Bake 12–15 minutes until melty and lightly browned.

  5. Finish with a tiny drizzle of honey or maple if you like. Slice and serve warm.
