Heat oven to 350°F. Place flatbread on a small pan.
Spread a thin layer of cranberry sauce over the cottage cheese. Then scatter whole cranberries (fresh or frozen, tossed in a little sweetener) on top before baking.
Scatter Brie and mozzarella. Add pecans and rosemary.
Bake 12–15 minutes until melty and lightly browned.
Finish with a tiny drizzle of honey or maple if you like. Slice and serve warm.
