Corned Beef & Cabbage Sliders
  1. Preheat oven to 375°. In a medium skillet over medium-low heat, heat oil. Cook onions, stirring occasionally, until softened and translucent, about 10 minutes. Stir in sauerkraut; set aside.

  2. Slice rolls still attached to each other parallel to work surface. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and mustard. On bottom half of rolls, spread mayonnaise mixture. Top with corned beef, Swiss cheese, and onion mixture. Close with still-attached top rolls. Arrange on a foil-lined baking sheet.

  3. Bake sandwiches until warmed through and cheese is melted, about 10 minutes. Slice into individual sliders and serve warm.
