Boil cheese tortellini on the stove following the directions on the package. Drain and rinse with cold water and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together mayo, red wine vinegar, salt, oregano, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. Stir well.
Add cooked cheese tortellini, pepperoncinis peppers, ⅓ cup Parmesan cheese, the chopped red onion, sliced tomatoes, and chopped bacon.
Refrigerate for at least an hour and serve!
