This is how we make 5 dressings from one base we use in the restaurant
Lemon + Dill: Add lemon zest, lemon juice, and fresh dill to the base
Tahini Soy: Add fresh ginger, fresh garlic, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce, tahini, and honey to the base
Green goddess: Add tarragon, chives, parsley, lime juice, and thick yogurt to the base
Caesar: Add anchovies, garlic, and parmesan (with mayo optional) to the base
Honey Mustard: Add honey, wholegrain mustard, and Dijon mustard to the base
