Bang Bang Shrimp Chips (rice Paper)
  1. Toss shrimp with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and gochugaru.

  2. Place one dry rice paper sheet down.

  3. Arrange 4 shrimp on top.

  4. Lightly dip another rice paper in room temp water and place it over the shrimp to seal.

  5. Once sealed, cut into 4 pieces (1 shrimp per piece).

  6. Deep fry until puffed and crispy.

  7. Mix kewpie mayo, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and soy sauce.

  8. Pour sauce over shrimp chips and toss to coat evenly.

  9. Garnish with chives or green onion.

  10. Serve with Chi Sparkling Refresher 🥭
