Marinate chicken thighs with yogurt, 4 cloves garlic, 1 inch ginger, 1 tsp turmeric, 2 tsp chili powder, 2 tsp Garam masala, and 2 tsp salt
Cook marinated chicken in 1 Tbsp ghee
In a separate pan, sauté 1 medium onion, 3 cloves garlic, and ½ inch ginger
Add 1 Tbsp Garam Masala, 2 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp turmeric, and 1 Tbsp tomato paste to the pan
Add 1 can diced tomatoes and ½ cup cashews
Stir in 1 cup heavy cream
Add the cooked chicken back to the sauce and cook for 10-15 more minutes
Finish with fenugreek leaves and cilantro before serving
