Homemade Pinwheel Mints
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine powdered sugar, condensed milk, and mint extract until smooth.

  2. Divide mixture into two equal portions. Tint each with food coloring of your choice.

  3. Roll each portion into a rectangle between sheets of wax paper.

  4. Place one rectangle on top of the other and roll up tightly, starting from the long edge.

  5. Wrap the roll in wax paper and refrigerate for 1 hour.

  6. Slice into thin pinwheels and let sit until firm.
