Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius / 355 degrees fahrenheit (fan-forced).
Grease slice tin (27 x 17cm) well and line base with baking paper, allowing the baking paper to overhang each side (to assist with removal once it's ready to slice).
Mix all ingredients together well.
Pour mixture into slice tin and spread evenly.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown on top.
Remove slice from oven and allow to cool to warm or room temperature. Remove slice from tin using overhanging baking paper and then cut into squares.
Store slice in fridge and serve warm or cold.
