15 Bean Chili
  1. Soak the 15 bean soup overnight in water

  2. Strain and rinse the beans, then add to a crockpot

  3. Add the diced tomatoes and enchilada sauce to the crockpot

  4. Cook the ground beef in a pan, then add to the crockpot

  5. Add the chopped onion, bell pepper, jalapeno, and garlic to the crockpot

  6. Add the chili powder, cinnamon, cocoa powder, cider, and onion soup mix to the crockpot

  7. Stir everything together and cook on high for about 4 hours

  8. Serve the chili with Fritos, shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, and sour cream
