Breakfast Tortilla
  1. Crack two eggs into a small bowl and whisk until well combined. Grab a skillet and heat up some oil in it on medium heat.

  2. Chop your veggies. Add to your skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes. Pour in your eggs and evenly coat the bottom of the pan. Place your tortilla on top and press down to stick. Let cook for 1 minute.

  3. Flip it! I prefer to do this by taking it off the heat and using a plate to make it easier but you can also flip with a spatula. Once flipped add your other toppings such as cheese, avocado and hot sauce. Fold in half once or twice and grill each side. Plate and enjoy!!!
