Jalapeños & Cheddar Biscuits
  1. Bake at 375F for 35 mins.

  2. Mix together flour, baking soda and salt. Mix in cheese and add-in

  3. Grate frozen butter. Stir into flour mixture.

  4. Pour in cold buttermilk in two batches to avoid an overly wet dough.

  5. Turn dough out on lightly floured surface. Shape into rough rectangle. Gentle flatten with rolling pin. Fold over. Rotate and repeat 4 - 5 times. Roll out into 1.5 - 2” thick rectangle.

  6. Cut into 8 equal pieces. Place ok greased pan and brush with egg wash and top with more cheese.

  7. Bake and enjoy!
