Pineapple Fluff
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine instant vanilla pudding mixes with crushed pineapple and juice. Stir until pudding dissolves and mixture thickens slightly.

  2. Fold in Cool Whip gently until mixture is smooth and creamy.

  3. Add pecans, coconut, and marshmallows (if using). Stir to combine.

  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend and mixture to firm up.

  5. Spoon into serving bowls and garnish with maraschino cherries or pineapple chunks before serving.
