Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius
Mix all ingredients with the ground beef thoroughly, knead in a food processor for 10 minutes
Divide the meat mixture into 4 equal parts
Roll out each part between two sheets of oiled parchment paper as thin as possible
Shape into long rolls and arrange on a baking tray with space between them
Optionally place sliced tomatoes on the sides of the tray
Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes
Remove the cooked meat from the parchment paper and break apart by hand
Discard the liquid released during cooking
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan and fry the meat pieces until crispy (optional but recommended)
Serve in lavash wraps as a dürüm, or on bread as İskender döner
