Preheat your oven to 400ºF (200ºC).
Make the Teriyaki sauce: In a small bowl whisk soy sauce, water, honey, garlic, ginger, chili pepper flakes, lemon juice, and cornstarch together.
Arrange the salmon into a baking dish. Pour the Teriyaki sauce over salmon fillets then bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and flaky.
Once the Teriyaki salmon is done, remove it from the oven, and spoon over it with the thickened sauce from the baking dish. Garnish the baked Teriyaki salmon with sesame seeds and green onions. Enjoy!
