Beef And Mushroom Stroganoff
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove beef and set aside.

  2. In the same skillet, add butter, mushrooms and onion. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute.

  3. Add white wine, stir until mostly evaporated

  4. Sprinkle flour over the onions and mushrooms, stir to coat. Slowly pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, stirring to combine.

  5. Return the beef to the skillet. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring until the sauce thickens.

  6. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Season with salt and pepper.

  7. Serve over cooked egg noodles, garnished with parsley and/or parmesan if desired.
