  1. Add flour, sourdough starter, and water to the bowl of a stand mixer. Mix on low speed for 5 minutes until the dough is smooth and fully combined. Transfer to a clean bowl, cover with a damp towel, and let rest for 30-45 minutes.

  2. Sprinkle 10g salt over the dough. Add a small dash of water to dissolve the salt, then mix by hand until fully incorporated.
