Bbq Pulled Pork Bowl
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together mayo, apple cider vinegar, agave nectar, and salt. Add cabbage and toss with tongs until evenly coated. Set aside.

  2. Cook rice according to package directions. If cooking from dry rice, stir in the oil once cooked to prevent sticking. Transfer rice to a bowl and let cool slightly.

  3. Place pulled pork in a microwave-safe bowl and cover loosely with a paper towel. Reheat in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until warmed through. If needed, warm the BBQ sauce separately in 15-20 second intervals until pourable. Pour the sauce over the pork and toss until evenly coated.

  4. Add chopped cilantro, lime zest, lime juice, salt, and garlic powder to the rice and gently stir to combine.

  5. Divide cilantro lime rice among bowls. Top with BBQ pulled pork and coleslaw. Finish with an extra squeeze of lime if desired and serve.
