Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup. Spread the Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (2 lb) , Baby Potatoes (1 bag) , Red Bell Peppers (2) , and Cherry Tomatoes (1 can) across the baking sheet into a single layer.
Drizzle Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (3 Tbsp) and Lemon Juice (2) over all the chicken and vegetables.
Sprinkle the chicken and vegetables with Za'atar (2 Tbsp) , Sea Salt (½ Tbsp) , Freshly Ground Black Pepper (¾ tsp) , Garlic Powder (1 tsp) , and Onion Powder (1 tsp) . Use a spatula to mix all the ingredients and spread them into a single layer.
Place the sheet tray in an oven. Cook for 40 minutes or until the chicken is cooked completely and the potatoes are fork-tender.
Remove from the oven and garnish with Fresh Dill (1 sprig) .
