Pineapple Chicken Stir Fry
  1. Strain pineapple juice into a measuring cup

  2. Place diced chicken in a bowl, add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, crack two eggs and mix to create a batter

  3. Sprinkle in cornstarch (about ⅓ cup) and mix to coat the chicken

  4. In the pineapple juice, add garlic, hoisin sauce, mirin, oyster sauce, ginger, dark soy sauce, regular soy sauce, and dehydrated minced onion, and MSG, and stir to combine

  5. Heat neutral oil in a skillet and fry the chicken pieces until golden brown

  6. Remove the fried chicken and set aside

  7. Add the sauce mixture to the skillet and whisk, then add the pineapple and a little water if needed to reach desired consistency

  8. Add the fried chicken back to the sauce and toss to coat
