Mix the almond butter and protein powder (add ½ tbs melted coconut oil if the almond butter isn't runny or microwave for 30 seconds if needed so it's easier to mix).
Add Quinoa pol and maple syrup, just a splash of vanilla extract mix until well combined.
Spread the mixture into a lined container/brownie tin and press down
Heat the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl in 30 second increments until melted. Mix it with matcha
Pour on top, optional to sprinkle with sea salt flakes.
Place in the fridge or freezer for at least an hour to set.
