Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Marinate your chicken in some oil, garlic granules, paprika, salt and pepper.
Place your chicken thighs onto your skewer tray in a flat cross-cross pattern.
Place in the oven for 1 hour.
Prepare your garlic Parmesan mixture by melting your butter and mix with Parmesan; parsley, garlic, salt and pepper.
After the chicken is cooked, baste in the sauce and cook for another 15 minutes (or until cooked through).
