Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers
  1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

  2. Marinate your chicken in some oil, garlic granules, paprika, salt and pepper.

  3. Place your chicken thighs onto your skewer tray in a flat cross-cross pattern.

  4. Place in the oven for 1 hour.

  5. Prepare your garlic Parmesan mixture by melting your butter and mix with Parmesan; parsley, garlic, salt and pepper.

  6. After the chicken is cooked, baste in the sauce and cook for another 15 minutes (or until cooked through).

  7. Enjoy X
