TORTELLINI BAKE:
1# Ground Round
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Chopped Onion
2 Garlic Pods Crushed
Italian Seasoning
1 Jar Marinara Sauce
8 oz. Cream Cheese (or Boursin)
2 Cups Fresh Tortellini
8 oz. Mozzarella
Boil Tortellini
Sauté Onions & Garlic in Olive Oil
Sauté Meat in onion mixture
Add seasonings
Add marinara sauce
Add Cream Cheese til melted
Add Tortellini & Stir well
Add Mozzarella to top of mixture
Pop in oven in broil for a few minutes until cheese is melted - watch carefully!
