Banana Pudding
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Mix 6 tbsp melted butter with vanilla wafers and press into a baking dish.

  3. Bake for 6-7 minutes, being careful not to burn.

  4. In a blender, mix 8oz softened cream cheese, 14oz sweetened condensed milk, a large box of vanilla instant pudding, and a small box of banana cream pudding with the milk amounts called for on the pudding boxes.

  5. Refrigerate this mixture.

  6. Whip 2 cups of heavy cream with ½-⅔ cup powdered sugar and 2 tsp vanilla extract.

  7. Fold half of the whipped cream into the pudding mixture.

  8. Layer the remaining whipped cream, 1 package of Chessman cookies, and 3 sliced bananas on top.

  9. Refrigerate for 4 hours to overnight before serving.
