Quarter the cabbage and sear on high heat until it develops a deep crust
Mix the softened butter with the miso and grate in one clove of garlic
Coat the cabbage segments in the butter, covering the grooves and surface
Bake in the oven face down at 180°C for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until soft and buttery all the way through
Optionally finish on the broil setting
Serve with a dollop of labneh or dip of choice and some chilli oil
