Make the cinnamon sugar by mixing 4 tablespoons of softened butter, ¼ cup of sugar, and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon, plus 1 tablespoon of the pancake batter
Make the icing by mixing 2 cups of powdered sugar and 1 ½ tablespoons of milk
Cover the pan in butter and add the pancake batter
Cover the pancakes until bubbles appear
Add the cinnamon sugar mixture, cover, and let steam for 4-5 minutes
Remove the pancakes and add the icing
