Add chicken, chili crisp, sauces, broth, and seasonings to crockpot. Cook high 3–4 hrs or low 5–6 hrs.
Cook rice separately.
Shred chicken, then stir in rice and frozen vegetables until heated through.
Mix yum yum sauce ingredients until smooth.
Let sit 5–10 mins, then divide into 8 servings and top with green onions and sesame seeds.
Serve with yum yum sauce. Store 4–5 days (freeze longer) and reheat before eating.
