Garnish chicken with 1 tbsp sesame seeds and 2 spring onions
Prepare chilli bok choy by heating 1 tbsp sesame oil in a pan
Stir-fry 2 clusters of bok choy with 1 fresh chilli and 1 clove garlic
Season bok choy with 1 tsp soy sauce
Cook 150g uncooked long grain rice according to package instructions
Serve sticky ginger chicken with chilli bok choy and rice
