Homemade Pizza - Feeding 5 People For €5
  1. Preheat your oven to 230°C

  2. Add flour to a bowl and season with salt and herbs if using

  3. Add the yogurt and mix with a fork until it comes together, then using hands mix and shape into a ball

  4. Dust your surface with flour and divide into equal portions

  5. Taking each individual dough ball, stretch and shape to form a base and place on a pizza sheet

  6. Cook the pizza bases for 6-8 minutes until slightly golden

  7. While the pizza bases are cooking, place chopped tomatoes in a saucepan, add garlic, herbs and season with salt, and simmer until thickened

  8. Add the tomato sauce to the pizza base and top with your toppings

  9. Cook for another 7-8 minutes

  10. Serve and enjoy
