Preheat your oven to 230°C
Add flour to a bowl and season with salt and herbs if using
Add the yogurt and mix with a fork until it comes together, then using hands mix and shape into a ball
Dust your surface with flour and divide into equal portions
Taking each individual dough ball, stretch and shape to form a base and place on a pizza sheet
Cook the pizza bases for 6-8 minutes until slightly golden
While the pizza bases are cooking, place chopped tomatoes in a saucepan, add garlic, herbs and season with salt, and simmer until thickened
Add the tomato sauce to the pizza base and top with your toppings
Cook for another 7-8 minutes
