Sticky Honey Wings

INGREDIENTS

  1. Brown your wings in a pan with some veg oil

  2. Add your spring onion whites, garlic, ginger and half your chilli and toss

  3. Add your sugar, soy and vinegar and mix

  4. Go in with your water and put the lid on the pan and leave simmer gently for 30 minutes until you’re left with a dark thick sticky sauce

  5. Garnish up and enjoy!
