Dill Pickle Chicken Salad
  1. Add cooked chicken breast to a large bowl and shred using a mixer, two forks or your hands.

  2. Finely dice the red onion, green onion, parsley and pickles and add to the bowl.

  3. Add greek yogurt, pickle juice and spices and mix well so that everything is combined.

  4. Eat right away, or store it in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
