Apple Bread
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.

  2. Stir dry ingredients very well.

  3. Add remaining ingredients to form a batter.

  4. Smooth into a greased 9x5 pan.

  5. Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean.

  6. Let cool.

  7. Cover with a cloth overnight and serve the next day for better flavor and texture.

  8. Leftovers can be sliced and frozen.

  9. If desired, frost with your favorite icing or a simple glaze.
