Brush olive oil and crushed garlic over the entire pizza base.
Spread the Red Onion Jam over the entire pizza base.
Crumble lashings of blue cheese around and then heaps of parmesan!
Salt + pepper on top before you pop it in the oven.
Bake at 200 degrees celcius for around 12 minutes, or until the cheese starts to colour.
Sprinkle some chopped parsley, and a little more salt + pepper to taste.
Cut in to slices and serve with your platters, cheese boards, a bottle of red wine … any way you like!
