Paradise Bakery's Creamy Tomato Soup
  1. Sautee your onions until translucent.

  2. Add the garlic and sautee for a minute or so.

  3. Sprinkle in your flour and mix it until it's thickened. Let that cook one minute.

  4. Add your can of tomatoes and all of your seasonings.

  5. Cover and let simmer for 30 minutes or until the tomatoes are tender

  6. Transfer the soup into a blender or use an immersion blender until it's smooth. I leave a few chucks in there but you can make it as smooth as you'd like.

  7. Return the soup to the pot and add the v8.

  8. Cover and let simmer 10 mins.

  9. Add the heavy cream and serve.
