Sticky Orange Tofu
  1. Pan-sear tofu in oil over medium-high until golden on both sides. Remove from pan.

  2. In the same pan, add orange juice, zest, soy sauce, sweetener, and ginger.

  3. Simmer 3–5 minutes until slightly reduced.

  4. Whisk cornstarch with 1 Tbsp water and add if you want it sticky.

  5. Return tofu to pan and spoon glaze over until coated.
