  1. Mix flour, sugar, yeast, & salt.

  2. Add warm water & olive oil

  3. Knead dough, let rise 1 hour.

  4. Shape into knots.

  5. Bake at 375°F / 190°C for 12-15 min.

  6. Brush with garlic butter.
