Mix all the ingredients together.
Spoon a large ladle of the mix into a pan on low heat and cook for a few seconds.
Add a tbsp of water to the pan and cover with a lid to cook for 5 minutes.
Flip the fritter and add a tbsp of water. Cover again to cook for 5 minutes.
The fritter will be cooked through, but if you want it to be crispy on both sides, do another flip and cook for a couple of minutes.
Serve with okonomi sauce (Japanese BBQ sauce), mayonnaise, and any toppings you like. Best enjoyed with rice!
