The Ultimate Comfort Food — My Version Of An Okonomiyaki!
  1. Mix all the ingredients together.

  2. Spoon a large ladle of the mix into a pan on low heat and cook for a few seconds.

  3. Add a tbsp of water to the pan and cover with a lid to cook for 5 minutes.

  4. Flip the fritter and add a tbsp of water. Cover again to cook for 5 minutes.

  5. The fritter will be cooked through, but if you want it to be crispy on both sides, do another flip and cook for a couple of minutes.

  6. Serve with okonomi sauce (Japanese BBQ sauce), mayonnaise, and any toppings you like. Best enjoyed with rice!
